Republik welcomes 9 new talents!

The past few months have been particularly busy as Republik welcomes nine new employees. These last few additions to the team make Republik one of the only fully integrated agencies in Canada to offer services in creation, content production, and media.

"We have always believed in an approach where art is as important as science; where creation, content production and media are perfectly aligned.” Explains Vincent Fortin, president.

It is to honor this idea, in addition to sharpening its digital media expertise, that Republik has welcomed new talent into its production, creative, and client services teams.

The tools to achieve more in production
To step up our game in content production, two new faces have joined the team. Maxime Charron (formerly Herd), Film Director and Director of Photography, brings his multidisciplinary creative vision to the table. On her part, Frédérique Gaudet (formerly Tungsten Studio, Luminance) will assume the role of Production Manager and oversee the photography, video and editorial content production teams.

In the creative team, new stories begin
Three new talents have been added to our creative team. Sophie Pépin (formerly Akufen) joins as Art Director, while Gabrielle Lafontaine (formerly Akufen, GSoft) joins the team as Director of Brand and Content Strategy. Finally, Catherine Foisy (formerly Belvedere) joins our ranks as a Content Editor, and will use the power of her words to tell the stories behind the brands. Together, they have everything it takes to tell compelling stories and build strong and coherent brands.

A growing service offering in digital media
Last April, we announced the arrival of David Gravel (formerly iProspect, Yellow Pages) as Director of Partnerships and Olivier Chatelain (formerly iProspect) as Director of Digital Strategy. Together, they’ve been mandated to continue to grow the media team. Within their ranks joins Justine Laurier (formerly Greg Media) Campaign Manager and certified Facebook Blueprint, who will act as a social media subject matter expert for all of our owned, earned and paid content strategies.

The client services team is growing
The last few weeks have been a whirlwind as we welcome new clients to the agency. To work on these new accounts, Sarah Brideau (formerly Rinaldi) completes our team as Project Manager, where she strives to align our great ideas with the needs of our clients.

"Our clients’ time is precious. The more we are able to help them in the different stages of their projects, the more we can help them make the most of their effort and their budget. To achieve this, we believe that a project should pass through the least possible number of intermediaries. Thus, we needed to build up our internal resources," mentions Vincent Fortin, President.

In other news, we are currently looking for a full-time project manager to complement our team. Find out more here.
