A video recap of our 2020 team offsite: Responsible in Every Way

Every year at Republik, we organize an off-site gathering with the staff to get out of the routine and strengthen team spirit. This year's event took a slightly different turn from previous years for two main reasons.

The first one was for health concerns. Due to COVID-19, we had to ensure that all of our activities were outdoors (which includes camping outside below zero degrees) while wearing a mask when physical distancing was not possible.

The second one was about values. After spending all summer in Tremblant following our 46N initiative, we wanted to give back to the region by working with small companies that are eco-friendly, socially aware, and share our vision of the business world.
