360 Communication Strategy

Republik is looking for a bilingual 360 Communications Strategist. This person will contribute to the creation of strategic positioning, brand platforms and/or multi-channel campaigns for companies who are taking action for the environment and society. They will work with brands from various B2B and B2C industries.


They will develop comprehensive brand ecosystems based on responsible initiatives that will allow our clients to differentiate themselves in their industry while being relevant to their targets, whether they are employees or consumers.


This 360* Brand and Communications Strategist will be responsible for translating our client’s brand data into insights. The creative team will use these insights to develop communication tools, according to the brand’s—mainly digital—touch points.


As part of the strategy team, the person will work under the supervision of our director of strategy, in close collaboration with our creative and consulting teams.

The job is to change the world through the Creation of Social Capital™. But if you want us to be more precise, here’s a list of tasks you’ll have to do in your day-to-day:

  • Develop personas and target audiences;
  • Deliver internal and external communications ecosystem audits
  • Identify sustainable development issues according to the company’s value chain;
  • Translate insights into brand positionings that meet our clients’ needs;
  • Collaborate easily with different strategy experts;
  • Ability to question clients on their objectives and colleagues on their strategic alignments;
  • Support the creative team in branding projects which may include the creation of brand platforms and 360 campaigns in order to design a visual identity aligned with the brand’s positioning and initial brief;
  • Design 360 campaign deployment plans;
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions in collaboration with the strategy and/or creative team;
  • Collaborate with the consulting and production teams to develop the tools for the selected communication platforms;
  • Manage a team when relevant

“What kind of background are you looking for?”

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in branding and 360* communications across multiple communication channels, which may include social, digital and broadcast platforms;
  • Excellent knowledge of emerging format and channel trends, namely digital;
  • Proven proficiency in 360* communication plan and campaign design;
  • Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to conduct structured interviews or workshops;
  • A proactive attitude and an interest in creative problem solving;
  • Good time management and respect for deadlines;
  • A team player and collaborative spirit, good organizational skills and an openness to others;
  • Resourcefulness in finding solutions and overcoming challenges of any size;
  • A strong interest in corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and social impact;
  • A thirst for learning and a keen interest in new trends;
  • Knowledge of Miro software and relevant experience in employer brand development and HR marketing are assets.
