Campaign Manager

Republik is looking for a campaign manager who wants to work for brands that take concrete actions to help the environment and society. This person will be called upon to develop, measure, and optimize the media budgets of various clients. He or she will also be called upon to think about how to amplify content through a social platform and must be particularly interested in the new functionalities offered by these platforms.

Alright, so what's the job?

The job is to change the world through the Creation of Social Capital™. But if you want us to be more precise, here's a list of tasks you'll have to do in your day-to-day:

  • Participate in the development of media strategies in collaboration with content strategists.
  • Actively participate in the development of digital acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in the definition and realignment of performance indicators.
  • Participate in the definition of targets and relevant audiences.
  • Launching and optimizing social media campaigns.
  • Analysis and production of performance reports.
  • Monitoring of best practices and opportunities.
  • Participate in the development of proprietary tools (e.g. dashboard, reporting tool).

What kind of background are you looking for?

Honestly, we don't think it's a good thing to have a too-long list of criteria. So let's just say these are some of the traits we think might help you do your job well:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Training in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising Manager, Facebook Insights, and Business Manager tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio, an asset).
  • Experience in programmatic marketing (an asset).
  • Excellent sense of organization, time management, and priorities.
  • Teamwork skills, taking advantage of change, fostering innovation.
  • Talent for making complex ideas accessible.
