Republik becomes Fonds de solidarité FTQ's content agency
Marie-Eve Best, Isabelle Chrun, and Anne-Marie Brouillette recently joined the Republik team, which is currently experiencing the largest growth in its history. They respectively occupy the positions of Creative Director, Senior Strategist, and Creative Lead, Design.
The last few months have been very important for the agency, which has reviewed all of its services in order to better meet market demand. To diversify its expertise and support its team in these changes, it has recruited three women with impressive backgrounds who each occupy key roles within different teams.

It is as Creative Director that Marie-Eve Best (McCann, Bleublancrouge) joined Republik a few weeks ago. She has over 15 years of experience in brand transformation, content, and advertising, with 5 years of creative leadership under her belt. She is the first woman to hold this role at Republik. She also sits on the executive team with whom she will work to grow the agency, starting with her creative team.

Isabelle (Sid Lee, Taxi, Sportlogiq), who has more than 10 years of experience in strategy in internationally recognized agencies and start-ups, officially joins Republik as Senior Strategist. Her mandate is to elevate the proprietary methodology Creating Social Capital™ through various projects and from the onset indicated her interest in helping Republik become a more inclusive agency. A member of a cultural minority herself, she has always made a point of working to provide more visibility to under-represented communities. She was also appointed head of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

It is with more than 10 years of experience in design and artistic direction that Anne-Marie (Valtech Canada, co-founder of Swell Mtl) joins the Republik team. The agency’s raison d'être has attracted those who want to work with brands that have chosen smart and sustainable design. As Creative Lead of the design team, her mandate is to develop it. She also quickly expressed her desire to change internal practices, in particular by becoming head of the green committee born with the aim of finding solutions to decarbonizing the agency’s digital practices.

Republik launched its latest recruitment campaign a few weeks ago, aiming to recruit 12 new people to complete its team.
