Digital media strategist

Republik is looking for a full-time digital media strategist, who is experimented and multi-skilled. This individual plays a vital role within the team by managing media planning and sales pitch while being a leader through developing numeric strategies for multiple clients. Its leadership, adaptation capacity, sense of analysis, and ability to describe concepts in simple words are all assets that are more than welcome in the media activation team.


  • Perform digital audits and analysis of the brand’s digital ecosystem and its competitors to understand and reflect on target audiences, their digital behaviors, and the client’s position within their industry.
  • Manage and organically grow online communities and create content with innovative strategies, annually and monthly.
  • Gather database to identify the insights and learning curves, act as a reference within the content and activation team.
  • Analyze the performance of published content, produce performance reports, and create recommendations to improve engagement and optimization.
  • Challenge clients on their established strategy and support them within their business intelligence.
  • Participate and plan digital campaigns, online experiences, optimization, and online presence with digital performance reports.

  • Stay on top of trends, new features and best practices in content creation and social media.
  • Build various service offer and pitch them to clients in a creative way.


  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role at an agency, on the client-side or in a relevant media publication.
  • Strong understanding of social media, organizational skills, and priority management.
  • A disciplined, curious, committed, autonomous, versatile person.
  • Holds the capacity to think strategically and an excellent ability to synthesize.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and ad manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, GSuite, and one or more CMS.
  • High work autonomy, team player and sense of leadership.
  • Excellent at time-management.
