Project Manager

It is the responsibility of the project manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time, in respect of budgets, customer expectations and the agency's quality standards. The project manager must understand the best practices in content marketing & digital media, monitor the client experience and keep them up to date on the industry and the agency's best practices.

They are frequently called upon to work with the strategy team in developing communications, content and media strategies, as part of the annual planning framework or specific projects. They are also called upon to write strategy and creative briefs.

The project manager is in contact with team leaders to follow up with projects and deadlines, and with clients regarding projects and priorities. They present themselves confidently both orally and in writing, in French & English, and is able to present our ideas with conviction.

The ideal project manager:
  • Has a degree in a relevant background, ideally in communications, administration, marketing or project management.
  • Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an agency, in a production company or with clients.
  • Has an innate sense of leadership and inspires their team to excel.
  • Is someone structured, who keeps their deadlines and budgets up to date.
  • Can assign tasks to team members.
  • Can build client presentations on Google Slides.
  • Quickly adopts a solution mode in problem-solving.
  • Loves negotiation, whether with partners, creators or influencers.
  • Is comfortable working in an Apple and Google environment.
  • Is bilingual both orally and in writing, in French and in English.
  • Has already worked with Asana, Harvest and Google Drive (an asset).
