Production coordinator

The Production Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of all the agency's production tasks. He or she is in charge of visual content and ensures the coordination of the project team while respecting the client, timeline, and budget. This productive individual acts as a leading role in the company's human resources while managing the agency's production projects.


  • Be responsible for managing the team's content production schedule for any given project (calendar, casting, booking, negotiation, logistic).
  • Elaborate production plans, quotes, and evaluation (crew, transportation, resources, etc.).
  • Coordinate pre-production, production and post-production process.
  • Ensure the coordination and clarity of communication between staff, clients and freelances.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of finalized and approved files.


  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience within an agency, on the client-side or in a relevant media publication.
  • College diploma in communication, arts, film or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the audiovisual sector.
  • Practical experience on documentaries and campaign projects is a plus.
  • Open to local and national travel for work.
  • Available to occasionally work outside regular office hours.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Organized, excellent communication and analysis skills.
  • Autonomy, team spirit, a sense of priority and reliability.
  • Expertise in managing human and creative resources.
  • Excellent professional French and English, both oral and written.
