Republik’s expansion continues with the arrival of 13 new team members. Their contribution is timely as the agency embarks on new mandates which will benefit from their respective field of expertise.

The “Put your convictions to work” campaign revealed itself to be quite fruitful: in the last few months, Republik was able to attract 13 experts at a time when Quebec agencies are experiencing a shortage of talented labour.

“We have been surprised by the receptivity of the job market to our value proposition,” discloses Vincent Fortin, President and Partner at Republik. “No one can deny the difficulty of recruiting in times like these, but we are seeing and meeting more and more candidates who wish to work in marketing while upholding their convictions—and that is exactly what they can do in our agency.”

The strategy team welcomed Content Strategist Élodie Parent, Media Strategist Jérémy Rochefort and its firstever Impact Strategist, Michele Musci.

“Michele’s arrival marks the beginning of the fulfilment of our vision for the department, which was to include an impact-driven perspective throughout all of our projects,” explains Jean-Philippe Shoiry, Partner and Chief of strategy at Republik. ’He understands the nuances of social and environmental issues, as well as their related vocabulary, which allows us to be even more relevant in our mandates.

Alexa Perreault joined the client service department as an Account Manager to lend a helping hand to the Fonds de solidarité FTQ team. Sébastien Tremblay-Ponton, also an Account Manager, and Marie-Anne Taillandier, Coordinator, both joined their ranks to take charge of Republik’s new clients.

On our creative team, Copywriter Melodie Karama - specialist in brand platforms - as well as Content writers Élisabeth Labelle and Émilie Lalonde now embody the voice of several different brands. To illustrate their ideas and to conceive new brand identities,Julia Klarskov, Stephanie Savard and Pierrick Barféty are Republik’s new graphic designer trio.

Last but not least, Audrey Bourdonnais joined Republik’s team as the Director of Talent and Operations. As the title suggests, this new role is intended to support Republik in all matters of recruitment and talent development, as well as related functions:

“My position demonstrates the agency’s clear desire to give our team a neutral space to talk, listen and grow while keeping Republik’s corporate culture at the heart of every decision.”
