Republik is entering the new year with a flourishing team as 11 new people have joined the agency in recent weeks. With ambitious projections for the coming year, Republik is pleased to attract individuals who deepen and solidify its expertise as well as share its values.
The recent growth of the Republik team is part of an effort to carry out its corporate promise to provide a relevant, responsible, and engaging creative product. The creation of social capital, which has been at the centre of its mission for over four years now, is evidently a major draw for talents who aspire to make a difference in the marketing industry.
“As we continue to position ourselves as leaders in content creation, we have also expanded our value proposition by adding several strings to our bow,” explains Vincent Fortin, President and Partner at Republik.
In order to better support its clients on their projects, the agency has deepened its consulting and strategy departments by bringing in five new talents with expertise and experience to spare. The consulting team has welcomed Producer and Account Executive Andréanne Hébert, Project Managers April Vigneault and Émilie Chaput, and Account Director Marie-Pier St-Denis. As for the strategy team, the new Director of Strategy, Mathieu Dionne-Bazinet, has allowed the agency to refine its strategic product, particularly in terms of branding.
“I wanted to have a direct and measurable impact on the health of our planet and the humans who inhabit it. My goal at Republik is to implement strategies that synergistically combine societal impact and brand positioning,” says Mathieu Dionne-Bazinet to highlight how he puts his convictions to work.
In order to maintain its position as a leader in the field of social and environmental impact, Republik welcomes Ariane Archambault, Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist. Her role is a direct result of the agency’s desire to consolidate its impact and marketing products into one unique and impactful proposition.
Since content remains one of the agency’s core specialties, Republik has doubled its creative team in the last four months. Béatrice Perron, Florence Donati, and Magalie Shah have joined the team as Content Writers while Chloé Lefort has come on board to lend a helping hand in graphic design.
“I was eager to be a part of the change that was occurring in marketing. I can now do so by lending my words to brands that make a difference,” explains Béatrice Perron. “My work is an opportunity to promote diversity and inclusiveness.”
Marie-Nashan Lafond’s position, Operations and Talent Mobility Partner, was created to fulfil Republik’s vision of healthy and efficient work. The past year of telecommuting has solidified the agency’s belief that balance is a key element for success in its industry. Marie-Nashan’s expertise is all the more crucial as the team continues to grow and is in great need of her help to enhance its hybrid workflow and to maintain its vow of a positive societal impact.
“We are always stronger together than apart. My goal is to get everyone on the same page so we can all work together,” says Marie-Nashan Lafond.
Always on the lookout for people who want to do marketing differently Republik is always looking to perfect its offer and to welcome talents who wish to put their expertise to good use.
